The Brews

Tuckerman Brewing Co.
is committed to excellence in brewing. All Tuckerman beers are bottle conditioned and dry hopped to ensure a fully flavored, well balanced beer with a floral hop aroma. Using an age old German brewing method called "krausening", Tuckerman Ales are naturally carbonated in the bottle, thanks to the injection of a small amount of fermenting wort to finished, filtered beer, just prior to packaging. This results in a secondary fermentation in the bottle that gives the beer a delicate carbonation as well as ensuring the beer will have well balanced flavors.

Pale Ale Tuckerman Pale ale is a Bottle-Conditioned American Style Pale Ale. Our pale ale is brewed with specialty malts and four types of hops. Post fermentation, it is cold conditioned and dry-hopped in lagering tanks for maximum taste and quality. It is naturally carbonated in the bottle or keg using a German process called "krausening" which produces a delicate carbonation and a superior flavor.

Headwall Alt Tuckerman Headwall Alt is a Bottle-Conditioned German Style Brown Ale. The headwall alt is brewed using German malts, plus German and American hops. Like the Pale Ale, the Headwall Alt is cold conditioned and dry-hopped, and then naturally carbonated in the bottle and keg.

6288 Stout With dense fog, bitter cold, brutal winds and heavy snow, 6,288-foot high Mount Washington has earned its reputation for the "world's worst weather". In 1934, the Mount Washington Observatory recorded a wind gust of 231 mph - a world record to this day. To commemorate this legendary institution, Tuckerman Brewing Company donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this Sixty-Two Eighty-Eight Stout to the Mount Washington Observatory.

Seasonals Tuckerman Brewing Co. will be excited to start introducing small batches of hand crafted beer which will be available for short time periods and distributed only in the Mt. Washington Valley. Seasonals will allow us to brew for the season and it will allow us to explore more exotic beer styles and flavors.
